I couldn't help the title lol, a couple of weeks ago we went to a festival that had bands & DJ's including Avicii, LMFAO (my fave! they were awesome haha), Bloody Beetroots, Pnau & many more. I wasn't sure how I wanted to do my makeup but I wanted it to be more festival-like so at the last minute I threw in some glitter & felt like Ke$ha haha. Too bad it kinda looks like dirt from afar.  Every now & then I check my stats & the one post that is always up the top is this Brigitte Bardot inspired makeup look I did a while back, although I cringe now but I feel that I have improved a lot, especially with my skin. :). Day My hair looking lush, with a bit of help. On the eyes I used Nyx chrome white pearl e/s with a bit of Stila Kitten all over the lid with Satin Taupe in the crease for definition & blended out with a lighter brown. Eyeliner is Maybelline Eye studio liquid e/l (I think thats the name), however I dun goofed it up :( Cheeks are looking like NYX pinky blush & lips are a mixture of Revlon Nude Attitude & CG lip perfection in kiss (love this combo! Revlon NA helps take out some of the frostiness of kiss) Only just a few more pageview's for all time. haha Night Had a party to go to & I had the worst time getting ready (burnt cheek while doing my hair, lots of frustration) but after all that trouble we didn't even stay for...

Firstly, the update: Some of you may have read that I am doing a beauty traineeship... well I am actually starting next week!! So for the first few weeks I will still probably be working nights at my other job.. so I will finish early at the salon then go across town (luckily the town isn't too big haha) to that job & by the end of the day I will be exhausted!! But then I will be keeping only 2 nights at that place so it wont happen all the time.. but unfortunately for me it will be less time to blog & check out other blogs :( Anyhoo the other weekend we had to help with some makeup for a local fashion show!! Geez I need to get more creative with my titles haha. This was actually from last week, I took a break from the naked palette & went back to using NYX pearl pigments. This is just a simple look using Oro, Walnut & Nude.  Since I couldn't take any decent full sized pics, why not take a million of different angles haha. Oh these were taken before my eyebrows & my face were done.  On one eye I used Pixie Epoxy but honestly it makes it harder the blend the eyeshadow so I went without on the other eye & found that I didn't really need it with these pigments. Oh & I'm pretty sure I used UD Zero eyeliner. L-R; Oro, Walnut, Nude Well I may as well include another recent look. I just wanted a shimmery e/s on the lid (Kitten) with a hint of definition in the crease, & black winged eyeliner with gold on top of it. Oh yuck this isn't such a nice pic after all..  Hey guys =) The other day I just wanted something simple & fresh for work. So here it is! I was sitting outside taking pics & the sun decided to show it's beautiful face after not being the nicest weather lately. Face~ A cocktail of liquid foundations lol, MAC strobe cream, Nyx cream blush in Orange, Nyx Taupe Eyes~ Nyx vanilla shimmer, nyx taupe in the crease, Lancome Art liner, CG lashblast fusion Lips~ Nyx Narcissus l/s The sun washed out the right side of my face =/ lol but this shows the glowy-ness :) Kitty enjoying the sun too!! ^^

So as I previously mentioned, I went to a festival this past weekend, and I wanted to do something that would kinda stand out more. Since I did the "normal" leopard print look a few weeks back I wanted to try a colourful one. I wanted the pinks to be more graduated but oh well, I also added some orange which kind of turned it into a sunset leopard but I was still happy with it. Thanks for looking!   Eyes~ 120 palette light pink first 1/4 of lid darker pink on middle of lid purple pink on outer half (sorry for bad descriptions, needa take a photo of it lol) at first i used the neon pink in the crease then i went over it with the orange NYX JEP in black bean for spots & liner Silver glitter liner in spots that didn't show up in pictures but it did in r/l (i swear!) CG lashblast fusion woah sorry for this being too big but the other ones kept coming out too small SO & I, with added zinc :) lol

 Hey guys so i wanted to focus on winged liner the other day. To do something different i used blue mascara over black, which actually made the liner look like a navy blue in some light, lol. & Then for night I just amped up the lip colour, added a bit of shadow & more blush. I used mainly nyx because i find its so easy to find over the internet for such a great price!
